No. However, if customers would like to purchase more content they may.
Do recipients really own their songs, DVDs, ringtones, etc?
Once customers download the free content they can play them on their computer, mobile phone, or portable music player as many times as they want. They can even burn the songs onto a CD.
Is this service legal?
Yes -- all content provided by All Digital Rewards is legal.
Do these PIN numbers expire?
Standard PIN numbers expire in six months but can be tailored to expire in 12 months or more.

What kinds of songs can my customers download?
Anything from our entire music catalog — more than 3,000,000 songs in every genre, by the world's most popular artists, with new music being added all the time.
How long will it take for my Music Cards to be delivered to me?
Once you place your order, you can have your cards in as little as 7 days.
How does the ordering process work?
Simply request a quote or call us at 1-866-415-7703, and we'll get back to you with your price, usually within 3 – 4 hours depending on the time zone. We'll walk you through the process of designing your card. We can even design it for you, at no cost to you!
How does the redemption process work?
Simple. Your customers log onto our All Digital Music Reward Store, enter a download code, and choose their songs. The code and easy instructions are printed on the back of each card. Once the songs are downloaded onto the customer's computer, the customer can play them from their hard drive, burn them onto a CD, or play them on any digital music player, including..... What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 100 cards. Remember, the larger your order, the lower your cost per card.
What can I customize?
Anything! We can print your Reward Card in any color, with your images, message, and logo. These are full-color, high-quality plastic cards. You can design your card yourself or we can design it for you at no cost.
Are these downloads safe and legal?
Absolutely. All Digital Reward Cards has partnered with the major record labels to provide legal downloads from our catalog. Your customers will enjoy a safe and easy download experience from a secure server.
Do customers have to download all their songs at once?
No. Customers can go back and download songs at different times. Once they've entered their code, the system keeps it activated until they've downloaded all the songs that you've awarded them.
What portable music players are supported?

How many travel providers participate?
There are approximately 1,500 travel providers participating with our program. We have travel programs that provide Air, Cruise, Hotel and All-inclusive getaways.

What kind of merchandise do you have?
Through our exclusive agreement with Market Force Rewards we are able to provide MP3, MP4 and MP5 players, DVD players, digital photo frames, cameras, mini camcorders, portable audio players, home theater systems, and so much more.
Movie Tickets
How many theaters participate?
here are approximately 2,000 movie theaters participating. That's over 70% of theaters nationwide.
What if a customer doesn't live by a participating theater?
There is a movie ticket refund process for customers who do not live near a participating theater, which offers that customer a VISA® Gift Card for the average cost of a movie ticket in that geographic location.
Dining Rewards
What is a Custom Dining Card?
All Digital Dining Cards are a branded custom plastic card containing your logo and contact information. This unique program allows your customers access to an online network of thousands of restaurants across the U.S. -- including some of the hottest names in dining. Your customers can find member restaurants near them by using our search engine, and learn more about each restaurant by viewing their 'micro sites' featuring menus, wine lists, chef's bios and more. When they find restaurants they would like to visit, they can buy Dining Certificates with our Custom Dining Cards.
How are Digital Dining Cards delivered?
After your customers complete their selection, they will be taken to a page with links to each Dining Certificate. They can print their Dining Certificates using their computer and printer. We also send them a confirmation email with links to their Dining Certificates in the event they would like to print their certificates some other time.
How long are the All Digital Dining Cards good for?
In most cases, All Digital Dining Cards are good for one year from the date of purchase, although there are exceptions depending upon the state you live in. For specific information, please read our Dining Cards terms and conditions.
